Leah and her team of vendors will help you budget and plan for a project scope, interview contractors and tradespeople required for the job, provide custom design ideas and even order and track all of the finishes required to make your vision a reality.
This service package requires an initial 2-hour consultation that is billed separately at the beginning of the project in order to get on the same page for the rest of the project timeline. This is the beginning of our long term relationship!
Initial minimum service packages start at $5000 and will be adjusted accordingly for the size and scope of your custom project. An hourly rate for your specific project will be established at the beginning of your project and tailored to your needs.
